a great job on getting the raccoons out of my rental house, cleaning up the mess and replacing the insulation they tore up.
It was a good idea to replace the old batting with blown-in insulation. You even upgraded the insulation R-factor from R-19
to R-44 at no extra cost! That will really make a difference in comfort and heating costs. Thanks again for a job well done.

Animal Control provided a speedy and excellent service. We were dealing with an entire family of raccoons that
had been calling our house home for quite some time. Steve and KC from OAC were quickly on the spot, diagnosed
the problem and humanely captured 5 animals in a matter of 3 days. They then replaced the roof soffits that
had been damaged by the animals and did an excellent job. All and all I highly recommend OAC for their professional

what a wonderful job Casey did! I had a dead animal in the crawl space of my
house that needed to be removed. It’s horrible enough that it’s a crawl
space, but it was pretty flooded too. Casey didn’t even hesitate….he
grabbed a board from his truck and planked his way under the house. I
kept apologizing because that put him in such a horrible imposition, but he didn’t complain
and kept saying it wasn’t a problem, it was his job. I just don’t know
what I would have done if he hadn’t persisted through. It’s wonderful to know
there are people out there like Casey! Please ensure he’s recognized for his diligence….it’s

and from Steve! We had two skunks that managed to get into the crawl of our home. Steve was very friendly and explained

Edgar was wonderful in helping us with our squirrel problem. I felt bad for him because he came
here to close up the holes and I had to inform him that I couldn't afford the extra
money to have it done. It has been a tough year for us and on top of the squirrels my dog has a
tumor and we are trying our best to keep up on those cost. When I explained this as well as a few
other things we have been dealing with he was so understanding and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. It seams that
in today's world everyone is just looking out for themselves, which I can understand, but every once in a while you run it
to someone like Steve who took the time to show me what I need to buy and the areas I needed to deal with to close
it myself, to try and save some money. I will highly

Dear Staff at Owen Animal Control, I am writing this letter to
let you know how pleased I am with your company. When I first called, after finding a rabid bat in my home, my call
was handled with promptness and concern. A representative came out the next day to investigate the attic and found I
did have a colony of bats. Without alarming me, he wanted to show me what he had found and we set up an appointment
for the exclusion of the bats a few days later. He knew that I was really upset and frightened. I had no choice
but to stay in my home beceause of the animals I cared for in the home and outside in the barn. He called me back a
few hours later and said he made arrangements to do the exclusion sooner due to my circumstances. Steve, Casey and another gentleman were the people
who handled my case. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. I was almost surprised at the kindness, courteousness
and genuine concern I received from these men. The helped make my terrible ordeal a little easier. I also felt
